Today it was Ancy Ma'am's hour first. We the English optional started the discussion on the topic Evolution of Education System in Kerala. I also got the chance to present.
Then we had a session with Giby Ma'am. Ma'am taught us Forgetting and different theories -
Trace decay Theory
Interference Theory
Motivated Theory
Restrained Theory
Last hour was taken by George Sir. Javelin throw, Long jump, Triple jump were discussed and sir showed videos on that.We learnt to draw the tracks too.
