HARMONY ✨

First hour was taken by Maya maam. She came in and started the topic in process ie, Realism. Aims of Education, how realism educate us, it prepare us for life, helps in discovering truth through scientific method etc were dealt.Concept "Harmony" that is harmony with real life real life experiences these deal with the idea of realism. Ma'am asked to think about the small things that gives us happiness. Being a person who never prefer extravagance in life I could connect easily. Doing great things may not necessarily bring happiness, but giving a smile or any small help these do bring happiness, a sense of joy within us. Life's meaning is within these small actions we do that bring about a pleasant aroma in us.

After that Archana miss came she continued the schools of psychology. Gestalt psychology, behaviourist psychology, humanistic and cognitive psychology were discussed.

Third hour was taken by our Principal sir. With a PowerPoint sir came in to give his contribution to make us better teachers in future. "Early steps in Teaching and Pedagogy" was the session all about. Education is the influence of mature personality on the immature personality of a learner, sir discussed. He explained the bipolar and tripolar concepts of education.Tripolar concept is Teacher - Student - Society here society is represented through parents. A new idea that is Stake holders was also discussed. Stake holders - meant any person who is in a responsible position in any organisational management. Most significant stake holder is non other than "students".

Then sir wrote CAP ya that's right cap but here each letter denotes C- childhood, A- adulthood, P parenthood. He then made us to sit according to our birth position that is first born, middle born (2nd born child) and last born.

I belong to the last born category majority of the class was the same too. We then we're asked to write down the Advantages and Disadvantages of it. We then we're asked to write down the Advantages and Disadvantages of it. One person from each section representing the respected group came to give the points. 

After the hour, had lunch. Joju sir occupied the hour that followed sir gave points on Edgar Dales Cone Of Experience. Being the technology representative I was asked to point down the points that sir stressed as important so that in future we all can get a list of important ideas to be remembered.
