UMM UMM THERAPY🤐

First hour Giby Maam came and asked questions to refresh our knowledge. An interesting therapy "the Umm umm therapy" was taught ya its basically the way we release our emotional state to someone be it friend mother or any human, where the listener just give umm... As response .so it's just giving out or releasing our emotions after which we feel ease.Next two hours Principal sir along with Induction program coordinators came and one student representing reach School had to present the Induction report. From my Induction school Greeshma gave the presentation.After that oath taking ceremony of union members took place.fAfter lunch special program conducted by Women cell of our college where lady officers gave a class on self defence.They taught us some basic exercises and trick's to apply at any unexpected action from strangers.It was really useful.We got laddos as a part of oath taking ceremony.Thus the day ended.
