The aim of school induction program is to educate or introduce the view about the environment in a particular institution and connect them with the people. This is to understand the system and procedures followed by the organization and to familiarize the nature of our profession.
I was so delighted when I got Government High School, Sreekariyam for my school induction program because this school is very near to my home. A total of 13 students were allotted to this school,including me.
The first day of our school induction was very exciting. We all reached there by 9:15 am. Then we moved on to Headmistress' room. We met Rose Catherine Ma'am. The leader of our team handed over the letter sent by our Principal and the attendance sheet to the Headmistress. Then we started exploring the school campus. After the break the students of Natural Science went for class observation. Then we had our lunch together. After the lunch break we started gathering information from the school magazine. We collected pictures as well. Then the social science students went for class observation. The school got dispersed by 3:30 pm.
It was a wonderful experience there....💝💝
