As it is thursday after the prayer we had the yoga session. Today we learned vajrasana and sir explained about the benefits of it. Yoga classes ended with shavasana.
Next hour Maya Mam taught about axiology. Then she made us do an activity to identify the animal which represent our personality. I got 270 points representing lion.
Then the third hour was taken by Ancy Mam. She taught us the stages of development.
Then we went to our optional classes. Today Aparna took seminar on linguistics. The next hour was library. After that Joju sir conducted the panel discussion. The remaining four students presented their topic well. Then some students too added their points. After that we went to our optional class to practice for the talent hunt.
And so a good day ended...
