SEMINARS 😜

 The morning session started with physical education class. Sir shared the importance of doing physical activities in daily life. The mission to stay healthy is through starting one's day with an exercise which helps one to stay energetic and positive throughout the run."Yoga "session followed, today a different pranayama was taught called "bharamari pranayam". We all together did and made ourself more focused.





Then we had our optional hour. Seminar presentations continued.
